To begin, our experienced installers remove blemishes to existing concrete flooring by grinding the entire floor. All the “prep” we do is dry prep: no acids or liquids are used to prep your concrete. Moisture is the #1 reason these floors fail, so we only do dry prep work to ensure that you floor will not fail from unnecessary moisture. We then patch/trowel all cracks, holes and spalling to create a seamless floor. The flooring process takes typically 2 days to install and 72 hours post install for major curing, however one day systems are available for commercial settings!
